Marie, Charity, Bobbie Sue and family, The late Bill and Dot family son's (twins Tom & Bill GHS Class of '66) and Richard (Class of 68) send our deep hearted condolences on the death of Julian. He will be missed, especially at Emma Anderson Memorial Chapel. Our mother set in a pew in the center of the church near the back. Julian always set along the pews on the right hand side of the chapel. He would always greet or acknowledge mom and her family members. We continued to attend services at the chapel even after mom's passing in May 2015. Two things that were constant were Mildred Wilson and Julian Bone. As a side note, growing up outside of Goldsboro, our parents took us to Julian's parents roller skating rink on many occasions. What memories. I, Tom, had the unique opportunity to attend Julian's memorial service today. What love and sharing from all who spoke during the service. Having attended EAMC for over twenty years, I have never seen so many people in the chapel. Julian may be with our Lord but he will always be in our hearts. The Bland Family

I first met Julian when his dad opened a trampoline business in Goldsboro. We used to ride our bikes out to his business and enjoy time doing flips and any contortions we could imagine. I attended Catholic school so I really became better acquainted when I attended Junior High. Many do not remember that the Class of 67 built our winning homecomming float in Julians back yard. We spent many evenings constructing the float and driving around Eastern N.C. obtaining materials to put together the Giant Pumpkin.
You never met Julian that he was not happy to see you and he always enjoyed in engaging in conversations. Like many others, I was so looking forward to seeing him at the 50 th reunion in October. My sincere condolences to the family.
